My old hoover had a something on it that scratched the floor and we couldn't find out what it was. After taking it apart numerous times we just couldn't get to the bottom of it so decided to get a new hoover. I have to say the Shark is like a dream, gliding effortlessly across my laminate floor with not a scratch in site! It picks up around the edges with ease and having two dogs really means this hoover has to perform daily! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!!! 5 Stars Shark! :-)

Good vacuum cleaner Not the lightest model on the market but excellent quality

This hoover is amazing! It cleans like no other hoover I've had before and is really easy to use. The lift away feature is really good for cleaning the stairs. The hair wrap feature works really well and is definitely a bonus. The only thing to note is it may feel a bit heavy to start with but once you are used to it it's really easy to use.

Great suction but quite heavy and needs emptying more than I expected it would.

So amazing... Cannot recommend this product more, my carpets feel almost new after using this!! Couldn't believe how much dirt it picked up compared to my old vacuum cleaner, I would never go with a cheap vacuum again.
