It does exactly what it says it will do. 2 of us have really long hair, so the anti hair wrap technology is fantastic, no more cleaning out the blocked bristles. Our carpet is 7 years old and this hoover brings up the pile of the carpet. Wish I'd brought this hoover years ago.

This is the most powerful hoover I’ve ever used. The suction on this hoover is fantastic, especially on carpet. It is easy to move around, despite being a bit heavy. Our carpets have never looked so good since using the shark hoover.

Just what we needed, arrived on time, easily assembled and used within minutes

The vacuum is very manoeuvrable and the lift-away capability made it perfect for the stairs. The suction power lifted the pile on the carpets, while the amount of pet hair and dirt it lifted from the rugs and carpets immediately after doing the same with the old vacuum shocked me. A fantastic vacuum, highly recommended.

Just yesterday gave my new hoover a try. It is heavier then my old cordless but that the only negative point about it. By the way I think that vacuums should be heavy to keep it close to carpet. My SHARK performing very good at the moment. I like the lights, it is picking very fine dust too and it easy to empty plus the fine dust filter is like foam donut easy washable with soapy water and drying fast. Tools are easy to exchange for different cleaning tasks but I needed to take time to work it out and now I know them all and feel as professional ;) When finish, 10 m electric cord easy wrapping on special hooks that not on the way for if you don’t want to unwrap it completely you still can use vacuum cleaner. I noticed that few my daughter’s long hair stays on roller but there are not as plenty as on my old one.
