My previous cleaner was another well known brand, used it the day the Shark arrived then went over carpet again with the Shark, what a brilliant piece of kit, was totally surprised at the amount of extra dirt it picked up, wished I'd changed years ago.

Great hoover. So pleased with the multi function level for different floor types. Being able to lift away the body to do stairs, is so helpful. Very powerful and surprised at what it picked up!
