Positives- quick delivery, ok to put together, good powerful motor. Negatives- small head so did not cover much carpet each time, extremely heavy to push/pull, noisy and bin capacity a lot smaller than it looked. I returned this after 1 use as my wrists were aching a lot foe to the heavy weight, which was NOT shown in the product description. Box weight when it arrived said 9 kg.

ABSOLUTE FILTH! Not the hoover, my house! I thought i kept a clean house but when I got this new hoover it proved how wrong I was! It's powerful suction did t leave anything behind, with dual brushed it picks up everything! It's easy to maneuver and so versatile all the different suction option and tool. I'll never stress over doing the stairs again, the lift away bucket makes it a breeze! Talking of breeze, the added air fresherener is genius, no more smelly air. Everything is just perfect!

Excellent quality. Very powerful. Easy to use. Easy to empty. With so many on the market to choose from, eventually I had to take a chance and just pick one. I'm so pleased I picked this one. Best vacuum cleaner I've ever bought.

Amazing nothing touches this best machine ever

Really great, very powerful and overall very happy. First time buying a Shark. Being really picky I would have liked the plug chord to be retractable rather than winding up once finished using.

Fabulous hoover, so much better than our last one. Really powerful with settings for hard floors and different carpets. The whole hoover is quite heavy but for stairs and awkward corners you can detach it from the main hoover and be more mobile which is great. Very pleased.

Superb hoover

Excellent power. Picks up loads after the previous one had only just been used. Nice to have the power and floor type selector on the handle. The solid extender tube is a bit short to use on the floor from standing. Collection container looks small but not used enough to tell yet.
