Great suction Good design for storage

This is my third Shark vac (for various reasons on our end, not because they fall apart or anything). Each time I've bought a new one, they have resolved whatever I would have considered the one drawback of the previous model. I really appreciate a company that makes real improvements on what I thought of as a fine vac in the first place. This one is now so light that it's a breeze carrying the whole thing upstairs, but still feels very solid. All the parts connect and disconnect easily. The suction is so good I could probably lift our giant rug with it. The addition of the anti-odour insert is so great, because if you have pets, after a year or so it can get pretty stinky when you turn on the vac. No idea how that function will hold up over time but considering it's an insert you can just replace, maybe it will! They even made the handheld tool holders on the side more grippy so they don't fall off all the time like they used to. 100% recommend.

I'e had a cooker , a vacuum cleaner and other items from ao.com and I've always been very happy with both the items and the service. My latest purchase, a Shark vacuum cleaner does what it says " on the tin ".

Fab product so powerful and great suction especially with dog hair

I’ve had a shark hair wrap pet upright before and was so good. This one is so much more it’s lightweight and the suction on it is amazing I have an American Akita and it’s minutes and the hair is gone. Was so impressed with it my dad bought one the day after me

Very impressed. Great results and very easy to manoeuvre. Also lighter than my old Dyson. I did unfortunately run over the cable, causing some damage, and I haven't yet got used to the lift-away facility, but that might just be me being awkward.

Amazing difference when cleaning the floors with this model, replaced an older shark and it’s clear how much of an improvement time has made. Lighter and more powerful!

Easy to Assemble and Easy to Use. Cleans very well and the odour technology is an additional bonus! Would recommend
