This was an upgrade from a plamsa TV from 2008 to this LG G45LW 55" 4K OLED and it is astonishing how much the image quality has changed over that time. It's absolutely breathtaking and that's even with you're normal 1080 HD quality streaming videos. Once you watch a 4k blu-ray, even one you know and love well, it's like it's a new film in places with extra details everywhere you look. It's not all roses. I'd have liked some older style inputs instead of needing a SCART/etc to HDMI adapter for retro consoles. It's a modern TV with built-in smart features and I prefer to use external boxes etc but these are minor gripes from an old man, they're all easy to work around and frankly I think those issues cover all modern TVs. This is absolutely a 5-star TV. I wondered and dithered about upgrading for so long and now I wish I'd done it sooner.

Amazing product. After buying the LGC1 in 2021, which was an impressive TV alone, it was time to buy a second TV and the reviews on this TV were great and the TV does not disappoint. Would recommend this TV all day long.

We were on the fence about whether to go for this model or the B or C version. However, I'm glad we went with this one - the 'flat' wall mounting looks great.

One or two problems with delivery quickly solved by customer support. Excellent TV which was easy to configure. Extra black colour which reduces screen reflection to almost zero. An extra plus is the LG tv channel is a bonus. Lots of stuff in there to explore. I’m particularly happy with ChessTV.
