The product cools the room well. It can be quite noisy till it reaches the optimum temperature though. Took it about 15 mins to cool our livingroom down.

Great, cools/cold our large bedroom perfectly, it is noisy in operation but we turn it on a few hrs before bed then off when we go to bed and the room stays cool.

Easy to run with just the 3 speeds (low, high, auto) and settings (fan, dehumidify and air con). Cools south facing bedrooms in the heatwave quickly. It can be loud when the cooling kicks in especially on the high speed (they all are!) but on the whole it’s quieter than expected and seems well within it’s advertised limits, it’s no worse than some loud fans can be. Downsides are it’s pretty hefty at 25kg so you might need a hand lugging it into position. It’s easy to wheel on hard floor, harder on carpet. The hose could be a bit longer (by the time it bends out of the unit, up and out of the window it’s tight) No window kit is provided, although this unit worked well just using the curtains as padding.

So far so good. Happy with the product. The only problem was that the window kit is not not as good as other competitors and the hose is short.

Great product. Does the job for the bedroom during the heatwave..

Perfect for the hot weather. Looks smart and is quite compact in size. Just connect the hose to the back of the aircon, stick the end of the hose out a window and you're good to go. Cools the room very quickly. Can be quite noisy but I'd rather that than trying to sleep in the heat. Managed to sleep much better since using this. Remote can be a bit annoying, you need to make sure you aim it directly at the aircon when using it. I like how the remote has a display itself. Hose is quite short, so if you need to stick it out of a top window or a window that is a bit far, you will most likely need to order an extension hose. I haven't had to empty the water yet, but apparently you will need to do this eventually. They provide a hose to help you. Instructions on this could be a bit clearer... Overall highly recommended.
