I bought this hob because it only has a height of 33mm and I needed a replacement hob to fit in a 28mm worktop in a flat I rent out so height was a problem. Initially the fitter had a problem with one of the rings refusing to stay alight but managed to fix it in the end, so I am a little concerned about the build quality.

Looks very nice, works very well! Great value for money, middle of the road hob, time will tell, I had a top spec but was old didn’t work properly and looked terrible, old. So when I swapped I took a lot of things into consideration including price. This came out top for me. Easy to clean, clearly marked. It stands out which I like. Like a centre piece in the kitchen. Sturdy but light pan supports, ignition easy, heating zones great!

Simple and uncomplicated and easy to clean. Good value.

A good looking functional hob. Works well as you would expect from a Hotpoint product. Ignition works reliability and flames are controlable. Very pleased with my purchase.
