I wanted a product that I'd heard was reliable, durable and that did its job effectively. It has all this with a daft little face on it which quite frankly you can't help smiling at. It does a good job so I'm happy.

Use these at work all the time so when I needed a hoover for home this was the only one I wanted , wasnt dissappointed great hoovers

I absolutely love it. Made short work of cleaning up. Previously had a Dyson, but this is fantastic.

Bought to replace my old Henry that eventually gave up after many years. Thought would give pet version a go. Wow, so impressed, picks up all the pet hair and really easy to manouver. Plenty of attachments. Almost don't mind vacuuming now!

I am really pleased with this products performance, dog hairs on the carpet are no longer a problem. The pet head attachment is fantastic because of the roller.

Amazing suction. A bit heavy but worth it for the job.
