What a great vacuum! As some previous reviews state, no need to spend on expensive models. We have two black haired dogs and this Henry is both efficient and effective in picking up pet hair. Highly recommend for both carpets and floors.

The best hoover i have ever bought! I've been through a lot of different brands and this is the only one that actually picks up all the dog hair with no hassle at all. ao have been great with updating me when and what time my order will be with me. The suction is really good better than a Dyson and vax. the fact its a bagged hoover really does help no more constantly emptying or washing hoover parts. the power bush is really powerful I didn't know how much hair was lying around the house until I used it. apparently a lot with 2 little girls in the house :O its easy to carry around the house not heavy at all. Defiantly recommend this hoover for people with pets and children. your carpets will look new again and fur free.

It's simple to use, works very well on wood floors, carpet and cat hairs and feels robust. I am so relieved to get shot of my overpriced, user-unfriendly, noisy and easily-broken Dyson!

love this hoover. it has an incredibly long lead which enables me too hoover the whole of my house without unplugging. It attachment are great and cover lots of different little cleaning jobs and the pet head is amazing and easily copes with my German Shepards shedding coat. Would highly recommend this hoover.
