Fab hoover, great suction to it, picks up dirt and dog hair better than any hoover I’ve had. Bit bulky to drag around but will soon get used to.

First Henry and I am amazed. So powerful it picks everything up. I’d say it beats my Dyson animal that recently broke and Henry is absolutely fantastic value for money! Comes with many tools and two bags. Also I wasn’t sure if I should get the Harry or Henry Pets and I contacted AO and the advisor kindly compared both whilst on the telephone and went through this with me. Needed a hoover that can cope with a hair shedding cocker spaniel and all the food dropped by my parrot. This gets everything up no problem even the super tiny millet seeds my parrot loves! Not as easy to maneuver as an upright but they haven't been able to do the job. Really strong suction and copes with it all!

I have had numerous pet vacs over the year’s and this has surpassed them all . It has a long reaching nozzle and easy to use on the stairs . Great on carpets and also hard floors . Although it has a bag it is not messy to change and causes less dust than the bag less vacuums

Great product suction is really good, light to carry and utensils good - only negative is storing in back clip a bit clumsy. But is better than old Henry and would highly recommend this vacuum
