It has been 10 years since I last bought a vac which was also a Henry Vac and I must say that vac technology must have improved in this time! My new Henry is so strong, it vacs very well and is so easy to use. I plug it in in a central location in the house and I can get to all the rooms downstairs and upstairs with the 10m cord which is excellent. There are so many extra tools which are useful, all for an excellent price!

This is brilliant. Nearly sucks the carpet off the floor. Great range of tools. This is replacing a Dyson V10 animal and it knocks the sots of that

I love this vacuum as I have 5 dogs so I needed a good vacuum. I’ve had various different types and haven’t been very impressed as I have both hard wood floors and tiled I also have rugs so I needed one that was good on all surfaces and didn’t scratch wood floors, the Henry pet is amazing it glides across all floor types and just adapts to whatever the surface type without any problem, it’s light and easy to use, i would recommend this product.

So my 10 year old Henry finally packed it. I knew I wanted another as I have 2 dogs who are very hairy boys and the Henry has never failed me. This time I chose the Henry Pet as the filter supposedly helps lower the smell that you get from pet hair and so far so good. The only complaint I have is that it’s performance on hard floors is not as good as the standard Henry (not bad mind), but funnily enough it appears better on our carpets. Not sure why but there you have it. Excellent next day service from AO too, which during a pandemic was greatly appreciated. Overall I give it a solid 8.5/10. They last years and years and look great stashed away in the corner of any room.

Worked really well on my carpet. Removed all hair and pet fur leaving carpet looking very clean.
