A very well spec’d TV with many extra facilities aside from the Bluetooth ability which I was seeking. The picture is excellent and it brings the screen colours and definition to a whole new level. Dealing with ao.com was a breeze and they gave me confidence as a first time buyer. The initial guidance could not have been bettered.

Our old TV still worked but the picture was a little milky. This TV is the same size but unusually it came with modern internals and visuals. The TV is great, the picture is very, very good and the performance on channel selection is very quick and responsive. It did take time to load our subscription channels but that is the same with many new tv's. The TV itself is wall mounted same as the last one but really does look good, nice thin and sleek. We would have preferred the TV to be more economical to run but overall so happy with the purchase.

Easy to set up,however,you do have to add your apps.The standard picture is good but go to expert settings to tweak the picture.I connected to an aerial and also direct from my router.Everything is very responsive and positive.My first Samsung smart tv and I am impressed.

Lovely to use and relatively easy to set up.

All round a very good performer with only a few downsides; 1) aesthetics; I'm not used to the rich colours and sometimes plastic-like faces 2) adverts on the Home screen -- that really sucks so it's configured to avoid the interface at all costs. ;) Native TV is from a PVR on HDMI1 but, for now, we risk seeing the ads by using one of the smart apps; BBC iPlayer. 3) The non-solar remote is clunky with difficult to use navigation buttons. In contrast, the 'smart' remote is bang-on. 4) More a niggle, the rear port accessibility can be an issue when placed in a narrow recess (e.g., HDMI devices could extend the required width). On the plus side; stand-out features are; rapid boot-up, surprisingly good sound quality, slick & responsive menu design with a good range of configuration options, a high quality picture [if that's your thing ;)] and build quality.

Excellent TV and great value. Usual AO super service, too! The pictures, sound, and menus all conform to Samsung's high standards. I set up the TV, including Wi-Fi and apps, by syncing with my Samsung mobile.

Love my Samsung 32inch tv ideal for bedroom and small sitting room.
