Not very intuitive, the remote is quite small, so its easy to hit something you did not want. It is often difficult to work out how to find something. I had not looked at the TV prior to purchase, had I done so, its doubtful I would have purchased it. Picture is okay, not that much better than my six year old Samsung, I expected better.

I initially bought a Hisense to replace a broken set. It was ok but I couldn't find a setting to overcome the 'soap opera effect' that seems to cheapen even the best shows. Returned that and bought this Samsung. The quality is night and day and it is sooo thin! Easy set up and has a rock solid film maker mode that presents movies and shows as intended. Keeping this one!
