Samsung TVs are always good, and this one is really good. So much better than the 43" we had before. Fantastic picture quality (with options to set up how you prefer) and excellent sound - bass sounds Ive not heard before from a TV. Very pleased

Fab tv for price no cons at moment.

Bought a TV, great picture, good price and very easy to install. Communication with AO re delivery was excellent, they kept me informed and arrived on time. The two blokes were friendly, helpful and polite. Would thoroughly recommend

I upgraded to this TV from a 7 year old Sony Bravia and at first, I must admit, I was a little disppointed with the picture quality out of the box. Faces, especially under studio lighting, were very pasty and looked like they were heavily made up. After researching on the internet, I discovered that by turning off the auto image enhancement function, this cured the problem. It therefore begs the question as to why it is deemed necessary in the first place. However, after a month of using and tweeking other picture settings, I can honestly say that the quality is now superb. I use a soundbar for the audio so can't comment on the quality of the built in speakers, suffice to say that you would need to spend a lot more to get top quality sound direct from the TV. If you are considering this TV, I would say definately go for it, persevere with the picture settings and you won't be disappointed

Very good service and delivery. Well worth joining “the club” the members price was superb, especially when you take into account the free delivery and disposal of the old TV. Without a doubt the best television we have ever had. It does everything except make a coffee. Fabulous picture quality and sound. The colour is more vibrant and the clarity is beyond words. Easy to navigate even for a techno phobe like me. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Looked at so many TVs it became very confusing then read reviews on AO and opted for the Samsung and glad i did sound and picture quality spot on

Excellent TV very pleased with it and the service from AO.Com brilliant as usual. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for electric appliances.
