This product has a fault when you select half wash it trips the electrics.
Contacted AO who in turn contacted Sharp.
As a dishwasher it connects with a plug and a water connection and a waste pipe.
Sharp would do nothing until I could prove it was contacted correctly.
To connect you attached the water pipe to the water the waste to the waste and inserted the plug,!!!
I was told unless someone could confirm this was done correctly they could do nothing.
Then I was told if I called back confirming it was ok they would send an engineer.
As it only 2 weeks old and it runs on all cycles apart from the half cycle I have decided to return it to AO.
I know it’s not there fault but why should I have to try and rectify a production fault?
