Product was defective from first cycle after installing - F5 error flashed up within 5 minutes and the diagnosis was defective parts which needing engineer replacement. Suggest that this speaks volumes about quality control at the manufacturer. Warranty repair requested but waited a month for parts to be available through manufacturers repair agents, chasing every week, and now expect to wait a further 10 days for the engineer to turn up to do the repair. Would in no way recommend either for product or warranty service.
