Sadly the product failed to work at all. Within 10 minutes of the first ever wash cycle it flagged up a fault and the manual said my only option was to "call for service". As things stand an engineer from Sharp will turn up in about a week to fix this, at least I hope so.

So far so good, we've had it a week and no issues. Easy to use and the fan is a helpful feature, it dries most things well!

I am happy enough with the performance of this little dishwasher, but we have found it a real struggle to fit larger plates and pan lids inside due to the height restrictions, and this is made even more of an issue due to the way the cutlery holder fits only a couple of positions.

Love my new dishwasher, it's really quiet and cleans all items even dirty pans, it dries everyone so no tea towel needed. It has 4 settings, I've only tried two as yet, the ones I have tried are great.

For a relatively modest outlay, this dishwasher is a very capable product. We bought it as a replacement for a similar standard dishwasher which had outlived it's efficiency and had become tired and ramshackle after some 8-9 years of use. The progress in development and technology between the two products was noticable after the first wash, with regard to quieter operation, simplicity of use, features and especially performance. I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a dishwasher at this level.

Dishwasher didn't work got in touch with ao,they put in touch with sharp they booked a visit for following Friday,waited in all day no correspondence from sharp,finally turned up,didn't fix it now have to wait a further week

I’ve had this dishwasher a week now and I’ve been very pleased with it. The express wash cleans beautifully in 50 minutes. The drawers move smoothly and are well designed. Simple to use, easy to read the instruction manual and a good display telling you how long the cycle runs and has left. Excellent value for money. Great service from AO too.
