We are so :) happy with this microwave, 2 minutes is plenty to heat up any food. It’s nice a slick looking, easy button use. Perfect size for our kitchen, the colour matches the oven ????. The defrost system is easy to use, just put the weight of the pack and it defrosts it perfectly. We used the heat the dinner plates for the first time and it’s awesome, nice warm plate for our dinner. Thanks for AO.com for speedy delivery before Xmas ??????????

I really like the product so far except that I find it makes a high-pitched sound when plugged in when not in use. This is a bit irritating so we usually turn the plug off at the wall.
