very pleased with this unit ... easy to use and fits nicely in place in my kitchen ... great value for the money

Really nice looking microwave and has lots of great options. It’s very easy to use and fits perfectly.

My last microwave was a Sharp Combination bought in 1999. It has finally given up the ghost after daily use and of course I have replaced it with the Sharp R220SLM, fingers crossed it stands the test of time like it's predecessor. Excellent service from ao as always.

Great microwave love all its great features, cooks food to perfection, looks great in my kitchen had a few comments about it from friends and family so overall would give this microwave 10/10 and definitely would recommend.

Arrived on time, easy to install, nice looking, more black than silver, slightly smaller than I was expecting. but does the job.

This microwave is a good basic model with the benefit of a digital timer avoiding the vagaries of the turn dials. It is now in use and working well - my only slight concern is that the turntable doesn't rotate that smoothly, with the little wheels seeming to falter slightly as the turntable rotates, so I'm keeping an eye on that but otherwise it seems to be heating effectively.
