Good product but finish could be better - the last one we had rusted quite badly

Delighted with the ease of use of this microwave. In the past we have stuck to one brand of microwave, but were disappointed with the last one, and changing to Sharp was a revelation, for which we are so pleased we changed. Thank you.

I have had several microwaves before but this is the first digital model. A new microwave had to fit as a priority and the measurements were accurate. The appliance is easy to use once you understand the way it works and I am still experimenting. It does everything it says and more than I need it to. Very good microwave in my opinion. Any negatives? I would prefer a more visible door to clearly check the items inside are not overcooking + the door light stays on while you leave it open to ventilate. I read this is deliberate and a safety matter. AO is a good service as my old microwave was recycled in exchange. I made a good choice both with AO and with this Sharp appliance.

Very thin glass on outdoor, no casing around it. Only had 3 weeks and the glass outside door shattered. Wouldn’t recommend

I needed a smaller microwave. This is everything I need. I was worried that it wouldn't do everything I'm used to in a larger microwave. I needn't have worried because it's perfect.

This microwave is ideal for a household of two people. Mainly used for heating/re-heating. Only down side is that the plate occasionally slips, so needs constant monitoring.

I am disabled but want to retain my independence. I bought this microwave so I can easily cook or heat things for myself, without needing to go downstairs to the kitchen. It is compact and fits nicely on a small table. It is powerful enough to heat ready meals, even managed a poached egg. Pleased with the product.
