It does what it is supposed to. The controls are clearer than that on the white microwave but could be improved by making the writing on all the machines black on white. This would help people with impaired sight.

Bought this for my elderly father to replace one he had had for ages, he liked the previous one as it was very easy to use, this new Sharp microwave is just as simple and more compact giving more space on his worktop. Ordering and delivery was very easy and the driver kept in contact on the day unpacking the item before leaving. Needless to say my Dad is very happy with the product and would use ao again.
