Having used this microwave for just over a week it is okay, you get what you pay for. It is quite basic, there are a few buttons for jacket potato, pizza and heating plates which we haven't used yet.The microwave is small enough for a compact kitchen but doesn't match a Neff combination oven, hence the you get what you pay for. Moved house so needed something quickly and this met the requirement.

Love my new sharp microwave I needed a new one I had had my other sharp for a long time I'm very pleased that I got it before the handle snapped off this new one is much better it's a button door so that you are not pulling it open
