Purchased to replace a previous Sharp model which was 11 years old. Basic controls, easy to understand .No problem with it and hopefully will last another 11 years!

We bought this to replace the previous version - don't need all the fancy extras like a grill/combi oven so a simple microwave was sufficient. However, it is smaller both externally and internally than we expected and whilst not a big issue, does have it's limitations. Secondly, the button configuration is annoying as you have to choose a power level every time. I'd prefer to have default at 100% and choose to lower it rather than have to confirm your default. Otherwise it seems fine.
