Bought the product twice for different people, one is 4 years old, as good as it was the first day. Delivery people where excellent getting it up 3 flights of stairs no extra charge but need to notify ao.... All very good.

This is a superb fridge freezer. I had very limited depth and width and it has fitted in perfectly. It looks good and there is plenty of space inside. Even with the water dispenser, it is easy to get both bottles and a water jug inside the door. The fridge is well-lit and the bottle rack is really handy. The water dispenser is very useful and saves opening the door all the time for a glass of chilled water. The freezer is super - plenty of space and being frost-free is an essential feature, as far as I am concerned. I'm very happy with the product. Very much recommended all-round!

It’s a good cost effective fridge/freezer but it makes a louder noise than my last one, which was a fridgemaster American style fridge/freezer from AO in 2017. I like the freezer drawer in this one, I wasn’t sure how I’d use it at first but it feels really handy to just slide out frozen items I use regularly. The black (my last one was silver) also shows marks more. I’ve only had it about a week and it needs a good wipe already. Overall it’s good, just the noise and ease of marking that’s a bit annoying.

excellent fridge/freezer no problem reversing the doors down to temperature in less than 1 hour runs very quietly we love the cold water dispenser

Freezer space is a bit small, but the fridge is quiet and looks good. The delivery drivers did a great job.
