Had a 60/40 fridge freezer before and I much prefer having a 50/50. I would have preferred another shelf instead of the bottle shelf. But other than that it's a great product.

A good size fridge/freezer for a small household. The product was very well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase.

First time I've owned a Hisense product. My old fridge freezer was 10 years old and smaller only 3 small freezer drawers. I was after something taller and 4 drawers in the freezer. This product fitted the bill and was a fair price. It came with a water dispenser, not something that was on my list of requirements and after reading the instructions , yes blokes do that sometimes lol. I went to take it out to clean it and broke it beyond repair. Annoyed with myself I mananaged to buy a replacement online, so my advice , don't be a clumsy oaf like me, take a bit of care when removing it. Now it's replaced and working i like it. I Use it daily and the fridge freezer isn't plumbed in. You fill a water tank inside. I use my water filter and it's easy to fill. Plenty of room in the fridge I really like the bottle rack. The freezer is great 3 drawers and a top open drawer. It's so much colder than my old one. The freezer drawers are quite deep, like most fridge freezers the workings means freezer drawers are not full depth. But this one has plenty of room. I swapped the door hinges as I needed left hand hinges. This was quite easy. Just take your time and reverse how it comes off. So far I'm very happy with it. Much colder than my old one plenty of room. I love that it's frost free. I'm keeping a watch on the electric it uses , going by its specs it should be better than my old one. So far it's exactly what I wanted, seems good quality. Came with ice cube tray and egg holders. I'm happy.

Due to our American style freezer breaking unexpectedly on us, we needed a new fridge/freezer and fast. Being aware of AO's timely manner, this was the first place we looked for our new appliance. We wanted something that would give us more room in our kitchen, have a water dispenser and overall look smart. That's when we found the Hisense fridge. This fridge is bright, tall and has great fridge space. Due to us being used to an American style fridge/freezer we have lost freezer space and therefore will need a chest freezer in the near future. Other than the change of space (due to our previous appliance) overall, this appliance is great and would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier with the decision made,. It is well designed to make use efficiently of the space, particularly the freezer section, allowing 4 different compartments with different dimensions. The water dispensing feature however is the game changer, being able to access without having to open the door and allowing the heat to escape. The delivery was perfect provided communication regarding a delivery slot and then when it arrived the drivers were professional and unpacked everything with care.

Very happy with this Fridge freezer, had no problems so far, good size and keeps the food fresh
