one star for the fridge appearance that attracted us to buy it. Quality is appalling, since the delivery date we are still trying to resolve a matter with Samsung that is nearly impossible , AO will not get involved once product is delivered and all enquiries are diverted to Samsung customer service that is shocking. I would not buy again from AO.com and certainly never again a Samsung fridge!

What can I say a very spacious fridge freezer just what I needed looks great In clean white with all the other kitchen appliances you can customise inside so you can use what you need has temperature leds so you can keep an eye if you fridge is working well I recycled my old fridge freezer by giving it to charity so all in all very happy with my purchase.

A fabulous family sized fridge freezer. It meets all of our needs and then some, there is a lot of space In this appliance. It’s so quite too which is a bonus.

Lovely fridge freezer. Glossy finish. Not quite white but a slight cream colour which is just what we wanted. Lots of spce inside. Very quiet. So very pleased with it. Love, love, love! I had a Samsung fridge freezer for 14 years before it gave up the ghost. I replaced with a cheap other brand 2 years ago and it was rubbish and stopped being cold last week. With this new Samsung I'm back to the old quality. Quiet to run. Its a solid unit and even though the freezer is smaller than the rubbish one, its bigger inside due to thin walls. It looks lovely and I find it fits my shopping much better.
