Excellent service from AO!!! After being unable to get the first freezer we ordered into our house, the delivery guys were so helpful and friendly, then customer services talked me through the reorder process and managed to arrange next day delivery at no extra cost. Second fridge freezer arrived and we managed to get it in through our awkward doorways! The product itself is excellent! The configuration inside the fridge and freezer really maximises the available space. Super quiet when running. Fast cool/freeze option meant it got up and running and to temp quickly. Door alarm is fantastic so no more incidents of son leaving the freezer open after digging out his ice creams!! If fridge door is left open and no response to the audible alarm the light in the fridge also starts flashing. Really happy with purchase and feel we’ve got a great product at a good price ??

My dad is extremely pleased with the fridge freezer. He is an 80 yr old man and although he’s not on the internet, ordering, delivery and installation was very easy!

More than happy with new Fridge freezer

Occasionally noisy, and it would be nice if there was an option to reconfigure the shelves, but otherwise v good

Four weeks into ownership and everything seems to be working as advertised. I needed a fridge freezer which runs quietly, since I have an open plan kitchen/diner/living room and a friend also has a similar Samsung model, of which the quiet operation impressed me. The Samsung hasn't let me down, with a quiet operation (of 35db). I also like the 5 year guarantee and 10 years guarantee on the compressor.

The fridge freezer is very good. It is quite spacious. The water dispenser is quite compact and does not occupy too much space.

So pleased with my purchase. Good quality all round and a fantastic guarantee. Love the water dispenser and surprisingly no space lost inside of the fridge with this addition. Looks amazing in my kitchen. It could be a squeeze to get a 6 pint milk container in the door, but it's not a problem for me. Definitely recommend this product.
