So it looks nice the screen with the temps on it are clear and it's easy to set the desired temps.
It is awkward refilling the tank for the water dispenser,having to take out the 2 top door shelves to get to it.
The drawers for the freezer are smooth and deep.
The fridge has no ledge at the bottom where the bottom door shelf goes over the fresh drawer when it shuts and this wouldn't be a pro lem usually but they have decided to put a slanted ledge above the fresh drawer. This means you can put things on it as they'd just slide off. In turn this slope prevents us from putting a cup there and pouring OJ or milk. So to pour a drink from the fridge we have to do it over on the kitchen counter. There is no functional reason for it to be sloped.
But overall very happy with it. The light is bright and you can see the stuff at the back at the bottom.

Neat looking fridge freezer. I like the fact that there is no handle, it’s so much sleeker. I don’t think it is actually stainless steel but stainless steel coated as it is magnetic. Lovely dark silver grey colour though. You can’t store larger bottles of milk etc. upright as there is not enough room in the door and the shelves are not adjustable which is a bit of a pain. There is a bottle rack for horizontal storage. Having slide out doors on the freezer compartment is very convenient .

The fridge freezer is surprisingly roomy, very quiet. It looks brilliant in the brushed steel,
The freezer draws are easy to pull and push.
My only very small gripe is it needs an external handle rather than the lip handle.

Fridge freezer arrived damaged so I accepted the discount. Plugged it and once it got warm it blew the electrics. Electrician came out and said the appliance was faulty. Called AO. Useless. Said I had to contact Samsung.
