Great, well built product. Freezer capacity is adequate and fridge space in abundance. The water tank can be awkward to fill up but can manage okay. Overall design is appealing and running costs low.

AO customer service was excellent but not Samsung which they cannot fix.

Great size, looked smaller than my old fridge freezer from the outside, but once the doors are opened it seems bigger inside, plenty of room for our household and considering it’s a 70/30 the freezer section is a good size and plenty of room in the drawers. Water dispenser very handy and holds 3 1/2 litres of water easily, an odd drip of water when you stop filling your glass, possible design fault, but it’s very minuscule and certainly not a pool of water like some reviews. Enough room in the door for 2 x 2 litre milk cartons and handy bottle shelf, which you could remove if you needed a deeper shelf for tall items. It also looks great from the outside, and purchased whilst on offer, so a good price and 5 year grantee. Highly recommend.

A fantastic product at an unbeatable price from AO. Amazing capacity and a beautiful sleek appearance! Very happy with the whole experience. Temperatures for both fridge and freezer easy to monitor and alter, independently, which makes it a very economical buy, for me. A very happy customer!

It’s best fridge I have ever had. Even better then my old American style freezer.keeps everything at perfect temperature. And can adjust if you want with a simple press of a button. I am ecstatic that I went with a Samsung fridge.

Overall it's pretty nice, but a couple of negative things stand out form my experience, and from reading other reviews on AO. First, it's quite loud when the motor is running. In my experience it's on more than it's off. I checked the spec (it's rated for 33db) and measured it with an app and confirmed it's not faulty. Personal preference but it's too loud. You will notice it. Second, the water dispenser takes up loads of door space that would have been better used. I would rather had the extra door room than the dispenser.
