Had the.fridge freezer delivered the day after we ordered it! The app let us see when the van would arrive plus the guys in the van rang to say we were next and they are on their way. They took the fridge freezer in to kitchen. I asked if they would unwrap it before they left. Sadly there was a small dent on the door. They men rang the office and explained the problem. I was offered a small refund if I was happy to live with the dent but I chose to have it replaced. The new fridge was delivered the very next day completely unblemished. Thank you so much AO for the no quibble and efficient outcome. I’d also like to praise both sets of delivery guys so friendly and professional.

It does the job. Sleek looking (when clean), the interior is spacious and the drawers very smooth (for now). I would've liked more freezer space but this was within my budget. I wanted the chilled water feature but it's awkward to fill - if you want to lift it out then the shelf above has to come out as well. Any better options were at least twice the price and this is a decent make/build.

Price was okay , delivery a pleasant experience your delivery staff were brilliant ,ten minutes and gone .I knew exactly when they were expected. Product exactly as it was described and working adequately. When there is little between Companies on price it is the service that swings it.

A little bit small on the inside door thanks to the water dispenser, probably can't fit in more than 4 pints of milk. Other than that, can't complain at all

Ordered on the Friday morning as my fridge freezer decided to stop working on me , got delivered at 7 am Saturday morning . Lovely looking fridge freezer , lots of space inside both compartments, will definitely be big enough for my family of 5 . As always amazing service from AO for ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend ??

The product appears to be just what was required, bigger than its predecessor, allowing more room for produce on our open days, however we will not be able to fully assess until the warmer weather, when we open the mill to the public.
