Very nice water dispenser gives very cold water nice looking.

Extremely efficient and looks great

Love the fridge it is very spacious. It works with the smarter things app which allows you record all the items in the fridge and the expiry dates so it's easy to keep inventory. It's has an alarm for the fridge door being open and you can adjust the temperature with your phone. The dispenser leaks a little but nothing that is concerning. However the AI energy saver doesn't work. I've reached out to samsung who were of no assistance and smarter things community still nothing. However AO have been excellent. Their delivery drivers were absolutely amazing and took the fridge upstairs for me as well. Insurance was easy and I'm quite happy with my purchase despite all that. 4 stars because I bought this for the energy saving AI.

Looks very smart lovely colour, very bright inside fridge light, good space, easy to set up, my last Samsung fridge freezer lasted 17years, drink dispenser is good, down side fridge door self closing will not stay open while you are trying to use it wedge it open with bottom draw out, twice I have dropped something out by the time I picked it up door is closing & banged my head. Also the water chamber position is hard to fill The bottom door shelf is not tall enough for 2L bottles & not enough space for open bottles to be kept upright. The draw at the bottom of the fridge is not very deep. My old Samsung had a ice draw in freezer this doesn't. Value for money, good product, nice looking, easy to use,

The product fits our needs perfectly and although it’s not a 50/50 fridge freezer there is ample room in the freezer that suits our needs. The temperature controls can also be managed by an app which is super helpful.

I had a previous Samsung fridge freezer for about 10 yrs, i loved it which is why i went for another Samsung just a more updated one. I absolutely love it lovely cold drinks , love the updated technology. Highly recommended this fridge/freezer

A nice solid fridge freezer. Water dispenser tank is pretty large and convenient. Wifi, bit of a gimmick in a way but the ability to let the unit self regulate the temperature to be energy efficient is quite cool, as is the push notification to your phone if the door is left ajar. Shelves are not particularly tall though so I've had to remove one to get taller items in, not the end of the world though.
