Great product, highly recommend it.

Let start by saying AO excellent customer service. Great features fridge otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. BUT the noise is driving me crazy! Got Samsung engineer out and he was not happy. Got second appliance….. you guessed it, exactly the same. Second visit for second appliance, yes it’s noisy but working fine engineer states. So Samsung are now saying there is no problem . AO offering a return but with only 90% of full price, due to Samsungs stance. Now in a dilemma

We are generally very happy with our new fridge/freezer. It fulfils size and space requirements, and the avoidance of the need for defrosting, very satisfactorily, and the fridge compartment is illuminated by a very helpful bright light. The only modest downsides are the hint of a plastic taste quality to the water from the dispenser (possibly more obvious in a new appliance) and slightly louder motor than we had anticipated, given the noise rating specified, although this is by no means intrusive. We have not exploited the wifi function and are unlikely to do so.

The fridge freezer is excellent the only downside the shelves aren't far apart if you have something tall like sundae glasses you can't fit them in which is a shame otherwise all good

Does the job very well and the water dispenser is really handy. Would recommend.

Nice size fridge freezer. Bit noisy sometimes, but not that bothered.
