Smart, tall & spacious fridge, good value for the money.

Our new samsung fridge freezer broke after 2 months. An engineer finally came to inspect the fridge 10 DAYS after it broke. The engineer confirmed the fridge broke due to a technical issue. After 11 days of being without a fridge, we have at last been okayed to arrange a new fridge for ourselves (this was at 5pm on a Friday so we will likely be without a fridge for at least another 4 days). Samsung have also finally been open with us about their compensation for food spoilage (previously they just kept repeating they don't deal with that yet). Samsung told us that they will only compensate us for £50 despite the fact that our fridge was fully stocked with food, so lots of food wastage, no compensation for the extra costs of living without a fridge (ie needing to buy smaller more expensive food items) or inconvenience. To really seal this bad experience we have had to chase samsung at each step of their repair/refund process due to their inadequate response times. This is a fundamental problem with samsung's policies and does not provide adequate protection or support to us as consumers and I am shocked that a well established brand takes this approach. Samsung's actions have been substandard, and I would never recommend their products due to this negative experience.

Brilliant fridge/ freezer. So much space despite looking for a slimmer fridge.

Lovely fridge. Not as quiet as I was expecting for 35dB. It is louder than our older fridge and freezer which are 37 and 38dB (when the freezer fan comes on). Lots of space and nice digital display inside for showing/setting temperatures. The alarm is very annoying when the fridge door is left open for too long (which I need to do when unloading the shopping). The internal light even starts flashing at you after a while! Overall very satisfied though.

This fridge is huge but it’s perfect. Really great size and it looks great. Great value for money. Would absolutely recommend.

Seems a very good product, second time around after the original was delivered damaged. Very quiet as expected, plenty or room.

Compared to our old Bosch f/freezer that this replaced, it is noticeably deeper and taller ( check your spaces/ measurements carefully). Loads of space inside , bright white interior light. works very well and got down to temp quickly. Any noise from motors etc are virtually undetectable. Looks very modern, brushed stainless door, grey matching plastic type sides I think. very solid looking and solid / stable in use...no wobble. In short...if you have space and like the colour then buy one.???
