    Stylish and functional.

    Very sleek design and easy to swap position of doors . Fast freeze option on start up is a good idea . Loads more room inside than previous appliance without taking up any more space .

    This product was faulty from day one. The freezer is meant to be frost free but the seal is so poorly fitted aer leaks in and frost builds up. They replaced the seal and the issue is still there as now the gap is on a different side of the door. Beyond ridiculous. Not to mention it took them 1 month and 2 weeks to change the seal because they had to order the part as Hisense don’t keep any parts in stock. Really poor quality and customer service appalling as well. Had to argue with them to come and assess the freezer. Do not buy Hisense. Everyone that jumps on here and they claim this fridge freezer is amazing are paid. AO don’t take any responsibility and told me to deal with Hisense and Hisense are completely shambolic. I wish I had paid a bit more and not have this drama to deal with.

    Excellent Fridge/Freezer

    Excellent appliance. The fridge is spacious and the freezer is also a good size with pull out drawers. It is quiet in operation, the light in the fridge is bright and overall seems to be well made. Also, no signs of any frost in either the fridge or freezer.

    Fridge hisense - extra miles

    Product perfect after few months using it. Quiet economic and the design is as described. Delivery was perfect on time and they helped me to put in place. Definitely will recommend not only the product but also AO as they have done the extra miles on this occasion. Bravo

    Solid, functional item at a fair price

    Decent size, freezer seems larger capacity than most. Good layout inside the fridge, like the wine rack option. Maybe only downside is the product is a little noisy when the refrigerant kicks up every so often.
