    We have bought this fridge freezer recently to replace our old one that we bought with the house. We really didn't see the fridge ourselves it was just reading reviews and comparing captivity size as we like to cook fresh food and there is 5 of us. Got bit sceptical when it arrived as it turned out to be lot shorter than our previous one... Fortunately it didn't disappoint! Great space had everything in place even held a party day after and w e managed to keep cake and some soast as well as other snacks in and didn't run ot of space. It is extremely quiet too! After all very pleased with purchase and delivery. 5*

    Absolutely blown away with this product. It’s bigger then I thought it would be, plenty of space in the fridge and the freezer drawers are deep. It’s stylist and great value for money. Never bought this brand before, so was thrilled to see it was better than my expectations. A must buy if you have a family ..

    The ordering went well, the delivery guys were super helpful, it seems a great product for a good price BUT! I had to change the door opening from right to left and there were only right handed door retainers in the spares pack. I have been trying since the 24th of August to get some left handed retainers but both AO and Hisense can't work out which I need as the only serial no. on the product doesn't match their records. Maddening!

    Seems like a good quality, well made product at a very fair price. Stainless steel colour is just that - perhaps more of a grey look-alike, but pretty good nonetheless. Does exactly what you expect. Excellent service from AO, who delivered the very next day after ours broke down, and took the old one away without any fuss or issue. Probably my third or fourth purchase from AO - always great service.
