So the fridge freezer looks wonderful. However, we still haven't been able to plug it in and start using because we want to reverse the door and the fridge came with the wrong retainers in the packet and a week later we are still waiting to hear back from AO and Hisense about sending replacement parts. How long does it take?!! Pleased with the appearance of the unit, but not pleased with the post delivery customer service.

Very quick delivery, very good size fridge freezer which plenty of storage. Got to the right temperature very quickly which made me realise how poor my old one was!

A perfect size for our kitchen and has loads of room even for a family of four! Very quiet and keeps the food at just the right temperature and fresher for longer. Has a very modern look and is lovely with the stainless steel finish. I highly recommend this fridge freezer and for a great price too!

So easy to order online but good follow up telephone call too. Delivery men wore Poe and we’re very amenable. The fridge freezer itself is a really good size, works really well and just what we need!

Delivery was next day ! The delivery men were courteous and quick. Product is very good, extremely roomy . When we turned it on, it was the hottest day and we filled it straight up instead of giving it time to chill. The outsides became very hot! We phoned customer care who were polite and informative and assured us when it had cooled down it would be fine , which it was ..is !! Good value for money , would definitely recommend .
