Love my fridge freezer! Works a dream, so far. Was easy to hook up and set up. it is very spacious - both the fridge and surprisingly, the 40% freezer split!

Really pleased with this purchase. Had a hard time choosing a replacement for my old fridge/freezer and this came closest in terms of capacity and quality, so had my fingers crossed. Although it’s technically smaller than my previous, we’ve actually ended up with slightly more fridge space. Everything is keep nicely cool, it’s easy to change the temperature, freezer works like a charm and no frost. The “door open” alarm is useful and keeps me on top of that. Yes it occasionally makes a humming noise but this is brief and a sign of the no-frost mechanic working. It’s not intrusive, it’s not loud. For this price bracket, it seems to be a very good product.

The options for shallow depth fridge freezers are pretty limited really. This one fits nicely at the end of our gally kitchen and is a decent size. Clever design maximises salad box size without impacting shelves on the door. Decent value option for small kitchens.

Can’t believe the volume, much bigger than other fridges of similar dimensions we looked at. Negatives: fiddly switching the doors as bolt holes aren’t properly prepared. Some occasional weird noises when getting to temperature, but generally very quiet. Lack of adjustable feet at back can make it hard to level if floor isn’t flat. Positives: everything else, fantastic FF for the money - instructions are clear, great use of the available space, looks great and build quality seems good. AO were also great - will definitely buy from them again!

Extremely impressed with this fridge freezer. Needed a new appliance very quickly with specific dimensions. Even though Hisense are a pretty new brand with white goods compared to Samsung, Hotpoint etc. I am extremely happy with this appliance. The top fridge compartment is brilliantly designed with loads of room. The light bar and controls at the top of the fridge could not be easier to use. Freezer compartment is also very well designed with lots of space and different sized draws. Overall the appliance is superb for the price and with frost free tech as well!! Top Notch and looks smart too!

Excellent service from AO. Fridge freezer great however they have put the wrong hinges in so I can not change the door left to right. I will have to contact Hisense to send the parts. The fridge freezer itself is great, very quiet and good storage on frosting if things touch the back wall. Very happy so far
