Great product, really useful and an ideal size

I didn't really want a water dispenser in my fridge freezer in the first place but this was the only one I found online that was the right dimensions for our kitchen. I though a water dispenser unnecessary in a country that is hardly ever too hot and something to go wrong and the tank would take up space in the fridge. However, it looked stylish and my kids were very excited about it. The first time you use it you have to pull out the water tank to wash it. Instructions say to pull it up and wiggle it. My husband did this (he is usually very careful and reads instructions first) and it snapped at the part which connected it to the pipe in the fridge door. I phoned AO and they replaced it with another Hisense one that has no water dispenser. The new one is fantastic and perfect - great size, sturdy and seems well made. Lots of space in the fridge door now. Kids not so happy but I am! We even got a bit of a refund as the one without water dispenser is cheaper. Wonderful company to work with. Thankyou AO.

This is the fifth fridge I’ve ever bought and by far the absolute best. The fridge is cool and the freezer is freezing! Comes with lots of cool features and incredibly energy efficient and quiet!

amazing fit and super easy to install. water cooler holds over 2 litres which is perfect for sips through the day! freezer is excellent size.

This fridge looks so classy. The water dispenser is so easy to use and water is perfect temperature. Perfect size, great drawer/rack layout and such a reasonable price.

Does exactly what it should do! No more frost build up, nice fresh food. Tons of space inside. Kids love cold water dispenser. Very happy.
