Good service from AO but the fridge element doesn't cool properly. On the lowest setting (2c) the bottom shelf is around 4c and the top shelf ranges between 9c - 12c and items are not cold and spoiling. Was very difficult to get hold of Hisensse but when i did they provided an uplift code to replace the fridge/freezer. Taking another chance on the same Fridge/Freezer in the hope its a one off as the layout and design is great, just not fit for purpose if the fridge doesn't cool properly! This is no reflection on AO as they have been very helpful up to now!

I was dubious about a black fridge freezer, and we were torn between a water dispenser tank vs. plumbed in, but I’m so glad we went for this model. I really like the sleek look of it and the 4 litre tank is plenty big enough for the two of us. Both the fridge and freezer are roomy enough to hold plenty of food. Overall, very happy.

Very good sized fridge for the space, no problems with cooling at all levels of the fridge, freezer space generous. Went from an under-counter fridge to this, and the difference is obviously amazing. Very satisfied with it and hope it lasts me a long time. No complaints thus far, although had problems with the delivery (a no-show for the next day delivery and a few days delay as a result).

Love the product, but had massive issues with Hisense /AO not delivering it at specified time. Never got to the bottom of whether that was a Hisense issue or an AO issue! Over a month later (when website originally said next day delivery) it was delivered. AO were apologetic, delivery chaps were great.

My wife and I just moved home and had never before purchased a fridge, so naturally we did all the research to get the right one for us. This came up trumps - in fact, Hisense were outright winners overall for quality matched with a very reasonable price, and made up all of our top three picks. In practice, the fridge is more exciting than a fridge really should be! Everything is so crisp and cool - the air circulation system is such an obviously effective idea, I don’t see why it’s not mandatory in all fridges! There’s so much space in it. The wine rack makes me feel fancy and my wife loves the water dispenser on the front (and she doesn’t usually go for gimmicks, but can’t help herself with fresh, cold water every time!) Most importantly, the food stays fresh. No forgotten freezer-burnt green onions stuck to the back of the fridge wall - everything veg fits in the clean, smooth-moving, see-through crisper. Can’t believe I have written so much about a fridge, but there you go! Oh - they only had it in black when I bought it, but personally, I like how it sticks out a bit, in the corner of the kitchen... like some sort of feature fridge!

Lovely big fridge and absolutely love the water dispenser.

This Hisense 4F exceeded expectations. I had a picture of a full 4F from the online photos and it turned out to be picture perfect. The open front top drawer in the freezer is ideal to choose and remove from a stack of pizza boxes without having to rummage through a pile in a conventional drawer. There's room for garlic bread on the side as well. Everything has a natural position and once the shopping has been put away there is a cool drink of water on tap! It's Hisense and it's common sense.

Overall pleased with the product. Freezer has plenty of room considering its only 30% and is super cold (cold air turns the kitchen into a stars in your eyes style fog if you leave it open too long!). Fridge takes some getting used to as it's total no frost and uses air to cool. The bottom is definitely cooler than the top but nothing is going off like some of the reviews I read suggested. There is plenty of room to stock up on fresh produce and I like the water dispenser too. The only down side to this fridge freezer and why I put 4 stars is that I ordered in black however it's the type of black that shows up finger marks so I have spent a long while buffing them out with a lint free cloth. No matter how many times I tell people to use the handle at the bottom of the door it's instinct to open from the side so I fear this is going to be a life long issue.
