got our new 70/30 hisense fridge freezer last week and finally got round to installing it today. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of the product. Its everything I wanted and more. Would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting something similar

Arrived not working - top half of fridge was lukewarm. Two unopened bottles of milk that were in date still we’re going off so we ended up throwing out all the fresh meat we had because we couldn’t risk it - and the fridge was brand new only 4 days old! Would not recommend this product to anyone but I would recommend AO - they dealt with this promptly and arranged a replacement upgrade fridge/freezer (not a Hisense one).

Great layout, decent build

We bought this fridge freezer to replace a broken one in a rush, so had some concerns that we had not done our due diligence when purchasing. However, there was peace of mind from the 2 year warranty, which effectively saves us over £200 of appliance insurance making this a very cheap fridge. We were also concerned about the 70/30 split.
It turns out these concerns were all unjustified. The appliance is quiet, efficient and there is no icing or condensation to speak of. The layout works very well and the water container is unobtrusive and easy to fill.
The only complaint was some extremely minor cosmetic damage. Since this was brand new and very well packaged I must assume this occurred in the factory. Something to watch out for if you decide to buy. It's not noticeable unless you look very closely, so I'm happy to retain the 5 star rating this fridge deserves at this price point.

Basically as a 1st time for moving in with my partner we both choice perfectly you have fantastic staff considering the covid-19 and just want to say the fridge freezer and washing machine are text book keep safe(regards covid-19) ?????????? we wanted to have a decent amount of space and we have it so thank you
