Ordered a Fridge Freezer, lots of delivery date options available. Great product, delivery company contacted us with a 2 hour window and then 30 minutes from delivery. Carefully brought the item in, unpacked and it fitted perfectly. Thank you AO!

Good unit. Nice design. Shelves and drawers are a bit flimsy compared to previous samsung. See how long it takes the wife to rip something off (sophie smash) but all in all nice unit

Fridge larger than I expected and internal shelves, bottle rack, chill zone and door shelves very useful, makes excellent use of all space. Freezer drawers large and easy to access food. Digital thermostat/ info on door excellent. Stainless steel finish easy to clean. Very easy to pull out for cleaning in future.

The fridge is great, very smart and very efficient. plenty of freezer space.

Having had a Hisense fridge freezer, that I loved, before, I had high hopes for this new one. However I was very disappointed. After switching on for the first time, after 3 hours it was still not cold in the fridge. I called customer service and was put through to an advisor who ran through a few checks. When I told him I had it plugged into an extension lead, he said that was the problem, which I was sceptical about. However this turned out to be the fault. So unless you have a single socket near enough, this will not work. The shelves are not adjustable, there is one light at the top whereas miy old one had lights down the side walls which lit up the whole fridge The alarm is next to useless as it''s so quiet.The hardest thing to get used to is the fact that the doors do not close easily and you have to push them shut.
