Absolutely stunning fridge freezer, easy instructions, loads of room in both fridge and freezer very quiet. Perfect size for what I needed. Delivery was spot on and the delivery men were amazing. Love it.

Very spacious fridge and freezer. No running noise.

Absolutely love the size of this fridge freezer. The door shelves are extra deep compared to our old hotpoint, so holds so much more than you think it will. Extremely quiet and its so easy to move as it has wheels on the back. The handles on the side of the doors gives the whole thing a sleek looking finish. Only had it a few weeks but so far more than happy with the purchase.

This fridge freezer is amazing and the fridge is cavernous. I couldn’t find a 700mm wide fridge freezer that held so much. It cools down quickly when you first switch it on and maintains the temperature that it’s set at. It was very easy to set up and the controls are not difficult to operate. You just have to plug it in and press one button for 3 seconds and it set up the temperature automatically. If you wish to change the preset temperature it is simple to do and to be honest it’s self explanatory. My wife and I are delighted with our purchase and the delivery team were amazing. They unpacked our new purchase, took our old fridge freezer away for recycling and placed the new appliance exactly where we wanted it.

Lovely fridge freezer. It is very tall and holds loads of items. The width is perfect for the space i had. I was a bit worried about it getting through my standard size doorway but it made it through with the help of the delivery team. I still dont know whether the door open alarm is working my son left the door open and we didnt hear it beeping so i am bit concerned and cant find any way to check this without purposely leaving it open . Upto now love it.

Amazing fridge very spacious.

I bought this item when my old fridge/freezer suddenly stopped working. I tried to find an equivalent and came across the Hisense RB645N4BIE. I had never heard of the make but since this purchase I will be looking at other items when the time comes to replace them. My husband rarely comments on items but almost daily says what a brilliant thing the fridge/freezer is.

The fridge freezer came with the door hanging on the right, we followed the simple instructions to hang on the left, the way we want the fridge door to open. However, the electrical cable to power the front control panel on the left side does not work. It is a simple plug and play. The door still opens and closes correctly. After having the fridge freezer on for a while we notice the freezer starting to frost over and note a slight compression in the door seal. We reported both issues to Hisense as per AO instructions and after weeks of being bumped around, they are stating it is an installation fault and a chargeable repair. We complain to AO, not getting anywhere with Hisense, and all they do is act as a support person on the phone to Hisense. Our action now is pay for a professional installation engineer to come and confirm that the cable is faulty before they can address that and the frost issue. It is highly disappointing and frustrating that Hisense are trying to wiggle out of their warranty responsibility when it is a clear electrical fault with the product. Safe to say we will not be buying any Hisense products again.
