I bought this item when my old fridge/freezer suddenly stopped working. I tried to find an equivalent and came across the Hisense RB645N4BIE. I had never heard of the make but since this purchase I will be looking at other items when the time comes to replace them. My husband rarely comments on items but almost daily says what a brilliant thing the fridge/freezer is.

The fridge freezer came with the door hanging on the right, we followed the simple instructions to hang on the left, the way we want the fridge door to open. However, the electrical cable to power the front control panel on the left side does not work. It is a simple plug and play. The door still opens and closes correctly. After having the fridge freezer on for a while we notice the freezer starting to frost over and note a slight compression in the door seal. We reported both issues to Hisense as per AO instructions and after weeks of being bumped around, they are stating it is an installation fault and a chargeable repair. We complain to AO, not getting anywhere with Hisense, and all they do is act as a support person on the phone to Hisense. Our action now is pay for a professional installation engineer to come and confirm that the cable is faulty before they can address that and the frost issue. It is highly disappointing and frustrating that Hisense are trying to wiggle out of their warranty responsibility when it is a clear electrical fault with the product. Safe to say we will not be buying any Hisense products again.

I am writing this review when my product is new, so no long term comments. But in general the item was exactly as described. It’s got absolutely loads of capacity in the fridge and freezer, which would be perfect for a big family or those who want to stock up! It’s really easy to operate. Lots of shelving. It looks really smart. I hadn’t really consideeed the look of it when purchasing but it does look really nice and people comment on it a lot!

Excellent size, great looking and just perfect. My mum is very pleased with her new fridge ! The delivery from ao was simply perfect and we commented afterwards on the great attitude and skill of the delivery guys. 100 %

Great Fridge/Freezer - very tall so make sure your doorways have plenty of headroom. Three drawers in the freezer section are deceptively large so you will be pleasantly surprised. I am not supposed to mention them but the Ao.com delivery team were superb at getting into situ without causing any damage and the delivery tracking app gave accurate update estimates while waiting.

Love our new fridge freezer, so sleek to look at and loads of room for everything. Looking forward to seeing it full over Christmas.

Love it. Huge fridge. Good size freezer for the width of the appliance, 70cm. Really quiet after first set-up. Draws run smoothly and can open far enough even thought we only have space to open the door to 90 degrees. Highly recommend. The most storage space we found for a 70 cm fridge freezer. For 5 stars. An extra shelf and the measurement required to open the door in it's description. 74 cm not the 70cm width of the appliance. The actual space needed for appliances should be given in the specification or pictures so we buy a fridge that actually fits! It was a close call.
