Nice size, manageable for the family, could do with an internal light

Great product with plenty of space for a family of four frozen food needs. I particularly like the fact that is nice and deep so I can buy lots of big joints of meat and turkeys on the lead up to Christmas etc. and the price of the freezer was fabulous too. Delivery great, as usual AO is the way to go!

This freezer is an excellent product that iis in my garaged extension it seems very efficient and well designed it was down to freezer operating temperature of -18 deg iwith in an hour of the initial switch on, there is no fast freeze switch but it freezes chilled food ver rapidly.

A medium sized chest freezer which runs quietly. A lot of confusion as to whether or not it's OK to put it in a garage. The manual with it says that it's not suitable, but Russell Hobbs after sales service just brushed that off with "Oh, that's probably just a misprint"!!! All we can do is wait to find out what happens when the weather gets cold.

Excellent product for the price. Now and again it is a bit noisy but barerable as it gets to correct temperature I assume. Mine is in a well lit area so no internal light is not a problem. Very please so far…

The product looks good, but there is enormous confusion in the spec. The manual and the detail on both Russell Hobbs website and on ao.com say that the minimum operating temperature is 10 degrees. However this is described as being suitable for use in a garage! Even today in early September the outside temperature is only a few degrees above that!!! I phoned Russell Hobbs customer service and was simply told that it was probably a misprint. We shall see what happens when the weather goes cold, but this is potentially a very serious issue with the product if the spec is correct.

When empty it's easy to move.i was surprised at how quiet it was although my hearing isn't perfect even so I thought ide hear some noise.there is plenty of storage room but I guess with this type of freezer separating food types needs some sort of dividers.there is one sliding shelf but quite small.over all I'm pleased with it and it performs well.

Great product, good price. Delivered and installed on time, old freezer taken away. What's not to like?
