Great air con unit, cools room nicely with doors and window shut, even cools with a small gap in window. Managed to find a fitment for the pipe so it would fit in the small gap when velux window is nearly closed . I sleep on the 3rd floor so it's unbearable up there on hot days, now it's cool after 10 minutes.
