    Love it!

This was perfect for our bedroom, put it on a couple of hours before we go to bed and the bedroom is nice and chilly (we set it to 18 degrees), close the door after we go in and the room stays chilled, worth every penny! Energy efficient A too so doesn't cost a fortune to run!

Good unit for the price. Cools the room quickly but is quite noisy.

This machine is seriously a godsend . The ice cold blasts I get from switching it on is these feeling ever,I wish I’d bought one earlier instead of using a bog standard fan over the years This model I have has a remote control also a fan plus a dehumidifier which I haven’t used yet, plus comes with a window sealing kit, which was easy to put round your window opening.if I could be picky I’d wish for a longer hose and the ability to direct the flow better but apart from that I love it!

Never got the service I paid extra for

It is noisy. I won't hide that fact. But honestly it is a lifesaver in this heat. Just make sure that you have a bucket to hand and never forget to attach the water hose!!

    Definitely a cool product

Excellent! Kept the room cool in the heatwave, yes it's a tad loud but it's manageable! Doesn't use too much electric which is a bonus too! Definitely recommend if you can't handle the heat

Overall a good unit. It is really heavy, preferably a two man lift but once out of packaging it has wheels so easy to move. The window kit is included but it's quite fiddly and a little difficult to understand. Ensure the attachments to the pipe are tightened as much as they can go as hot air was coming out because i didn't screw enough. I have a weird type of window but ensure the pipe is blowing the air directly out and not on to the window ledge as again the hot air comes back in. The style of the attachment to blow the air out is like a rounded rectangle shape so you can fit in between the sides of a window and you can use the window to keep it balanced. Overall a very good air conditioner, once properly set up, it fully cooled the whole room within the hour and I have quite a large lounge. It is rather noisey, but I got used to the noise pretty quick. It is quite expensive but in comparison to the other machines available it is worth the money and investment, especially if this year is going to be anything like last year. If you were looking to purchase an expensive fan such as a dyson etc, i would recommend purchasing this instead as it actual brings the temperature down to a very comfortable level. It does use quite a bit of electric, but again in comparison to the other machines it is much less and it's not something you would need on all the time, unless you used the fan function. I would highly recommend purchasing if it's affordable for you, i would purchase as soon as you can, as i reckon all the machines will set out pretty quick with the heatwaves already starting!
