    Hisesnse Integrated Fridge Freezer

    I have had the fridge/ freezer for a couple of weeks now. So far it seems to be a good product and is working well. The product was delivered as planned and the fridge / freezer fits perfectly in the slot were the old fridge freezer was. It comes with a 2 year guarantee and with all the fixings. To date is seems to be working well, it is a quiet machine and is keeping everything cold.

    Good all-round Fridge-Freezer

    Was delivered on time and installation progressed as per instructions without issue; having already installed the same model in another kitchen previously helped. The shelf layout and accessories such as bottle rack are very welcome, with the frost free feature being highly desirable. Also, although not mentioned in the spec on some web-sites, there is a handy "door-open" alarm which prevents inadvertent forgetfulness about closing the doors fully, but would also indicate a less than ideal door closure if installation proves to be inaccurate initially, i.e. a slight "mis-installation" (say a door mis-alignment that needs a bit of adjustment) will be noticed without fail! Obviously no long term performance criteria can be commented on, but the previous installation of the same fridge-freezer has not given the slightest problem in the last seven months.

    Broken on delivery

    Item was delivered with a broken securing foot. This was shown to us by the AO team who were to install the item. Contacted AO who passed the matter to Hinsense who state that parts broken in transit are not covered by warranty. Still waiting for the matter to be resolved. Would not recommend this product as if it comes out of the factory broken I don’t hold out much hope for the rest of it.

    The customer service and delivery team were great ! They were updating throughout the delivery, and were very helpful through the whole process. The product itself is great, and is a nice addition to the kitchen

    Really pleased with this fridge. Love the separate bottle rack. Enough shelving space. A better layout than my last fridge freezer.
