I have recently took delivery of this product. It looks great inside but wish it had two separate drawers instead of one large one. It’s difficult to keep tidy had to invest in separating tubs. Otherwise it good.

Fridge compartment has good capacity, it's nice and quiet and well lit. Freezer compartment a little underwhelming, but that's compared to the unit it replaced.

Fridge is generally fine BUT the door shelf fell and shattered into loads of pieces after putting a single 2 litre bottle of coke in the door shelf! The image on the website shows 4 large bottles in this shelf and mine failed after only one! Customer service from AO.com/HiSense is terrible, apparently this is a cosmetic item(?!??) and not covered by warranty so I will have to pay for a replacement. I am not impressed

Excellent Fridge easy to install and a frost free function, nearest to match with frost free would cost extra £100. So great price

Product is very decent. Nice temperature control, slick design, fits really well. Massive improvement from our last.

Great product, very quiet and fairly easy to fit. Only downside is the freezer drawers don't seem overly big.

Ease of switching doors over is great and can be done yourself. Stays very cold and frost free makes a big difference

Unit arrived on time as described, perfect for our needs. Thoroughly recommend AO, will definitely use them again.
