    Compact Stoves electric cooker

    4/5
After reading reviews and having a limited space I went for the Stoves compact. Very smart looking, quiet operation, seems to reach the desired heat quite quickly, does seem to be a little hot but that could be because it is a fan oven. Practice makes perfect. I have also used the grill, very good with cheese under the grill. Very pleased so far.

    A cute looking little cooker

    5/5
I looked long and hard for a cooker that suited my needs but also looks great and this little mini range certainly does. I love the lid over the hob which keep the ceramic hob safe from scratches and gives you an extra work-top. The knobs are better quality than on far more expensive cookers and very controllable with more heating increments. Handles solid and the oven door gives a good clunk when closing. I prefer the solid door with built in glass window rather than 2 layers of glass where you lift out one layer to clean, so end up with double the glass cleaning. I also deliberately chose enamel liners over catalytic which I personally find do not work that well. I was a bit worried with it being 55 wide as I have a lot of wide roasting tins/dishes but needn't have worried. I did fancy an induction hob and would have paid Stoves more if they did one, but the ceramic hob is quicker than my last one and the look of the cooker finally won me over. Highly recommended.

    excellent cooker

    5/5
so pleased with our new cooker, looks the part in our kitchen. however, we paid for installation and we asked if the cooker had been levelled out. the technician assured me that he'd done that. my husband checked this and found it hadn't in facted been levelled. I rang customer service to ask what was covered by installation. he mentioned levelling the cooker and after pulling the cooker out ourselves we noticed it had been hooked up to the wall via the chain. my concerns were heard and I got £20 refunded. I hope they do relay my concerns to the technician, as I wouldn't want someone living on their own try levelling their new cooker. job done and full marks to customer services for being so understanding. I would place an order through them again

No grill pan handle as standard!?

Excellent cooker, disappointed by the attempt to nickel and dime end user for a handle...

    Great cooker.

    5/5
When the grill of our old cooker packed in, we decided it really was time to replace it as we had owned it a long time. After looking at AO's extensive range, we decided on a Stoves Richmond 550E as a replacement. We are delighted with it. It looks great and the lid is very useful, it heats up very quick and is very controllable. All in all, we are happy e selected this cooker.

    Great cooker

    5/5
All in all a very easy to use appliance and a pleasure to cook with. However, the only downside is that it doesn't come with a handle or the grill pan but that is available from the manufacturer.

    Good looking cooker

    4/5
Good classy looking cooker, well worth the money. Although the actual grill is large the pan is very small and does not come with a handle, never known that before and really should be included for the price paid, not as an extra.
